Why Boop Beds?

Unlike other pet beds on the market, Boop Beds come with a custom-made heavy-duty canvas cover, which is both water and scratch-resistant. Whilst our competitors use cheaper fabrics, we've invested in our base cover as we knew this would place the Boop Bed in a league of it's own.

Our memory foam is the brains behind the beauty. Our layers of orthopaedic memory foam provide lifelong support for your pet.

Lastly, our luxury covers offer a range of colours and textured to suit an array of beautiful spaces. These designer fabrics have been meticulously chosen over a sourcing period of 12 months, to ensure we provide the only best quality to our customers.

What is the Boop Bed made from?

Our orthopaedic memory foam is CertiPUR-US certified. Which means it's:

- Made without formaldehyde

- Made without ozone depleters

- Made without phthalates regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission

- Made without mercury, lead and other heavy metals

- Low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million)

- Screened for relevant chemicals, including fire retardants, that are classified as carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins and are harmful to human health.

Are Boop Beds made in Australia?

We would love to make our beds in Australia, but unfortunately the costs are much higher here & we would have to triple the price-tag, which wouldn't work for anyone involved!

Our manufacturer is based in China - we are confidently transparent about this, as we spent months sampling from multiple factories & found the highest quality team to partner with.

Our business itself is run from Sydney, Australia. This is where our office is, our stock is stored & all orders are shipped from.

How long will it take for the memory foam to expand, once unpacked?

Your bed will arrive vacuum-packed and it can take up to 24 hours to fully expand once opened. Your pet can use the bed straight away, even if it’s not fully inflated yet.

How many covers does the bed come with?

All beds come with 1 signature Boop Canvas Cover. We offer a range of luxury covers to upgrade your bed!

How do I wash my Boop Bed?

Each fabric has clear washing instruction on the wash tag or you can refer to our FABRICS page.

Can the memory foam be washed?

No, the memory foam cannot be washed. It's encased in waterproof fabric to protect from moisture & ensure longevity.

Can I vacuum my Boop Bed?

Yes! You can absolutely vacuum your Boop Bed, but we have found better result for fur-removal with our Boop Lint Brush. The fastest & easiest way to keep your bed looking fresh & clean.

We recommend cleaning with the Boop Brush prior to washing your cover, to keep fur from building up in your washing machine.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHOOSE THE WRONG SIZE? Can I return or exchange my bed?

Yes! If you haven't opened the vacuum seal on your Boop Bed, you are eligible for a return or a size exchange. Boop Beds must remain unopened in their vacuum seal for returns or refunds. Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

If you have purchased a cover and would like to exchange or return this, you can do so provided the cover has not been used. Returns must also be initiated within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
