Return Policy

At Boop Beds (“Boop”), we are committed to delivering a delightful shopping experience for you and your pet. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you need to return a product, we're here to guide you through the process. Please take a moment to review our Returns Policy, which outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns.

Eligibility for Returns – Beds

If you haven't opened the vacuum seal on your Boop Bed, you are eligible for a return or a size exchange. Boop Beds must remain unopened in their vacuum seal for returns or refunds. Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns – Covers

If you have purchased a cover and would like to exchange or return this, you can do so provided the cover has not been used. Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our friendly customer support team at hello@boopbeds.com.au. Provide your order number, the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. Upon receiving your return, we'll notify you via email. If the item is in unused condition, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law requirements or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt as proof. For defective products or errors on our part, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

 

Refund or Exchange

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the return status.

Approved returns offer the option of a refund or an exchange. Exchanges are processed as soon as possible, with the replacement product shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow for additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Boop cannot accept returns if the bed vacuum seal has been opened for both hygiene reasons and due to the challenge of re-packaging once expanded. If you are still unsure about the size of your bed, do not open, and contact our team at hello@boopbeds.com.au to arrange a return or exchange as long as the bed is still vacuum sealed.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item by emailing us at hello@boopbeds.com.au.

Please provide photographs or other evidence for assessment, so that we can evaluate the issue. We can then arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund if deemed appropriate.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 business days without justification, at your own cost. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Cancellations

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
