Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping:- Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. It might take a bit longer for regional or remote areas.
- Cost: Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders. There’s an extra charge if you need express shipping.
International Shipping
We’re thrilled to ship to our friends outside Australia too!
- Dispatch Time: We’ll dispatch your international orders within 1-2 business days from our Sydney warehouse.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on where you are and the shipping method you choose. Please also allow some extra time for customs clearance.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on where you are and how much your order weighs.
- Customs and Import Taxes: Any customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility and vary from time to time. Check with your local customs office for more information on this.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to keep an eye on your package’s journey.Please familiarise yourself with our third-party shipping providers terms and conditions, privacy policy and policies regarding delivery variables.
Additional Information
- Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: Double-check that your shipping info is accurate and complete. We can’t be held responsible for delays or extra costs due to incorrect addresses.
- Undeliverable Packages: If your package comes back to us as undeliverable, we’ll get in touch to sort out a reshipment. Extra shipping fees may apply.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We’re not responsible for packages once they’re confirmed as delivered. If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
