Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Boop Beds (“Boop”). We are committed to providing high-quality products, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our items. Please read our warranty policy carefully.
Limited Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
Boop Beds offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials on either our Beds or Covers.
Our Limited Warranty does not cover the following scenarios:
- Normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use;
- damages caused by dog use which includes but is not limited to: bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains and liquid/moisture damage.
- Damage caused by commercial use, such as doggy daycare environments.
Memory Foam Sagging Warranty
Boop Beds provides a 2-year warranty against memory foam sagging. If your memory foam exhibits sagging beyond normal use within this period, please provide us with photographs of this issue we will review and address the issue accordingly.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the Warranty Period. You can initiate the claim by providing proof of purchase and a detailed description and photograph of the defect by emailing us at hello@boopbeds.com.au.
Resolution of Warranty claims
Upon acceptance of a valid warranty claim, Boop Beds will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product with a new or remanufactured equivalent. This service will be provided at no additional charge.
Shipping costs
Customers may in some instances be asked to return the product for warranty inspection and are responsible for any postage or shipping costs incurred during the warranty claim process.
Exclusions from Warranty coverage
Boop Beds' warranty does not cover the following:
- Wear and tear such as fabric fading, material thinning, loose threads or liquid damage from regular washing and standard use.
- Damages due to rough handling by pets, including chewing, excessing scratching, or other damaging behaviour.
Sole and exclusive Warranty
This warranty provided by Boop Beds is the sole and exclusive warranty granted. It serves as the only remedy available to customers in addition to other rights under the law relating to the products covered by this warranty.
Limitation of Implied Warranties
All implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use, are limited to the specified warranty period.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not apply to the appearance of the supplied products or to any additional excluded items. It also does not cover products that have been damaged, defaced, subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or altered or modified in design or construction.
